"First time at Plaza 809, and my son and l were very delighted. After passing by so many times and seeing the place always crowded, my son and I agreed, we have to try their food. I have tried dominican food in London and I have to say with all honesty, it is the best version of dominican tradional food in London. I was able to taste the dominican distinctive tradional flavours and seasonings; el chivo guisado, moro de guandules, el pescado con coco and even the white rice; is not just boiling rice, we dominican have a particular way in witch we cook our rice that is very unic. Is not a big place and music might be a bit loud for some ears but thats very typical of dominican people...however, waitress is very attentive and friendly. I will definitely comeback again and the only reason I didn't give a 5 stars is because they don't have any desserts on their menu."

"I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing and full of flavour. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the whole place felt very authentic. The music was also really a vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and a good atmosphere!!"
